Each account can have as many users as you'd like. Small or large - our platform is built for everyone.
There are now user-types that fit all types of access needs so no matter how large or small your team is, there is something for everyone.
Owner users - they get to access and make changes to everything.
Admin users - they get access to everything except the billing and ordering of Bright Cards.
Support users - they can see and manage referrals, but can't make any changes to the account. When creating this type of user, you can choose specific referral source data they can have access to. This means that support staff in one office location can see referral data from a certain set of referral sources, while staff at another location can see a different set of data. This makes work flow and task separation SUPER easy!
Referral-Source-Specific users - they can only see referrals that come from a specific source(s). This is meant for referring practices that want to see their data.
Like always, adding users is simple. Just include their name and email address.
