DELETE A REFERRAL
We've learned that everyone likes to try out a Bright Card. But, that doesn't mean they are an actual referral. You speak, we listen. Now you can delete a referral to keep your data accurate. Just open the referral view and click "delete" on the right side panel.
FILTER DATA
Introducing the Reports sections! Now you can look at data by year, month, day and referral source. Trends and dates of interest are now much more visible and easier to act on.
REFERRAL ALERTS
Now Bright Referral can send instant alerts and a thank you email to your referring doctor the moment a patient shares their contact information with you. Just be sure to include the doctor's email address when creating their Referral Source profile.
